A majority of the society were all adicted on dope, Our Governments did watch us evolve on dope seeing the number of adicted people rise... since Bill clinton they decided to show us compasion & their complicity they did unite their political opinion on dope taking and did show us that they were cool about it! They were also pitying us and recalling how we were before dope taking ! As settelment between society groups to solve any political dilema was to do war!.. Dope was used 1980 and up as a military weapon to kill societies by poisoning (...dope came from United-States to Europe...and this is where Europe decided to adopt a politic on dope also as a social settelment about sharings and anti-society grow!) and for the future to conter any uncapacities of recources wich becomes in lack to heal a so big "eating-society" unable to share harmoniously survival! So in 1985-89.. they started to degenerate more the society(ies)... and later by panic on proportions and by pity they intended to do the contrary and to save them !
